Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse at Tice Valley Post Acute, you will play an essential role in promoting resident health, safety, and comfort through skilled nursing care and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring resident conditions and completing comprehensive nursing assessments
• Communicating changes in condition with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and performing clinical procedures including wound care, injections, and treatments
• Maintaining accurate charting and documentation in compliance with facility standards
• Delivering compassionate, resident-centered care while ensuring comfort and safety
• Supporting and collaborating with CNA and nursing support staff during PM shift operations

Qualifications

✔ Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required
✔ Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced post-acute or skilled nursing environment
✔ Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to compassionate patient care
✔ Previous post-acute or long-term care experience preferred
