Our Team

Reporting to the Vice President of Nylon Downstream Operations, the Plant Manager will focus on building site capability by setting vision, strategy, and aligning priorities to achieve operational excellence and deliver superior business results.

The Plant Manager is supported by the Site Leadership Team consisting of the Operations, Reliability, Maintenance and Technical Managers.

Since 1939, the INVISTA Performance Solutions Seaford site continues to be a world class manufacturing facility with ~ 135 employees, which manufactures Nylon 6,6 staple fiber.

The site primarily supports INVISTA's nylon fibers business, producing materials for military uniforms, flame-resistant workwear, and industrial applications like press felts for paper manufacturing.
