Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will oversee and deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate care in accordance with their individualized plans.

Key Responsibilities


* Provide and supervise direct patient care


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team


* Lead and support CNAs and LPNs to ensure quality care delivery


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards


* Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications


* Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)


* Current CPR certification required


* Must maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing


* Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred


* Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills


* Passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care
