Piedmont Post Acute is an 88-bed skilled nursing facility located in Piedmont, South Carolina—just 20 minutes from Greenville.

We're looking for a dependable and compassionate Dietary Aides to join our team and help provide a positive dining experience for our residents.

Position Summary

As a Dietary Aide, you will assist in meal preparation, service, and kitchen operations while ensuring a clean and safe environment.

You will work closely with the cook and dietary team to meet residents' nutritional needs.

Key Responsibilities


* Set up and distribute meal trays according to dietary guidelines


* Assist with serving meals and beverages to residents


* Clear trays and operate the dishwasher


* Monitor and record dishwasher temperature and sanitation levels


* Prepare snacks and nourishments


* Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment


* Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen and dining areas


* Store food and supplies in a safe and organized manner


* Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift


* Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures


* Assist dietary team as needed to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications


* Must be 18 years of age or older


* Reliable transportation required


* High school diploma or equivalent preferred


* Experience in a healthcare or food service setting preferred


* Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler's Certification


* Strong teamwork and communication skills
