What You'll Do:


* Provide exceptional nursing care to residents


* Administer medications and treatments accurately


* Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately


* Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members


* Supervise and support STNAs and nursing staff


* Help create a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment for residents

What We're Looking For:


* Current LPN or RN license


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude


* Long-term care experience preferred, but not required


* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
