Schedule: Friday through Monday (Full-Time)
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Position Summary:

As an Admissions Assistant, you will play a vital role in welcoming new residents and supporting the admissions process from start to finish.

You'll work closely with our nursing, administrative, and social services teams to ensure a smooth transition for residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:


* Coordinate and process new resident admissions


* Communicate with hospitals, families, and referral sources


* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records


* Provide support and information to residents and families during the intake process


* Assist with tours and general inquiries


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support residents' needs

Qualifications:


* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)


* Previous admissions, administrative, or healthcare experience preferred


* Excellent communication and organizational skills


* Compassionate and professional demeanor


* Proficient in basic computer use and documentation
