Job Description

Position Summary
Provides support to the Store Operations team in the creation, maintenance, and distribution of operational reports, automates reporting using tools such as Looker (training provided), and ensures accuracy and consistency in data reporting.

Job Responsibilities
Other duties may be assigned:


* Develop and enhance tools using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).


* Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.


* Participate in developing internal applications (e.g., store maps or operational tools).


* Create presentations and documentation to support operational updates and initiatives.


* Communicate effectively with end users.


* Participate in testing activities related to the transition to a new Contact Center vendor.


* Support validation of system functionality and user experience during migration.

Skills and Requirements


* Level of formal education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree


* Area of study: IT fields or related disciplines


* Special certifications or technical skills: English proficiency (written and verbal).


* Technical Skills:
+ Basic to intermediate SQL for querying and data validation.
+ Experience with Microsoft Power Platform:
+ Power Automate (flows, automation)
+ Power Apps (basic app development)
+ Familiarity with reporting tools (Looker is a plus; training provided).
+ Basic Service Desk / IT support fundamentals.
