Manager - Talent Attraction

Scope of the Role


* Manage TA for GSC business as required


* Responsible for stakeholder management,publishing reports issues and procedures


* Religiously use the tool for end to end hiring


* Help build offer & close the offer process.

Make & negotiate offers to selected candidates.


* Sell Schneider Electric values to prospective candidates.


* Make sure all recruitment procedures are completed in line with company policy.


* Stay ahead on core recruiting KPIs: Source mix - Focus on alternate recruiting channels; Cost - Sustain; time to fill - drop; Internal movements - Sharpen the focus

Education


* Masters Degree in Business/Human Resources.


* At least 4 years recruitment experience.


* Previous experience within a recruitment agency.


* Excellent communication skills.


* Good time management.


* In-house recruitment experience within a multi-national company.


* Previous experience in e-recruitment.

Other Skills


* Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills


* Innovative - high on ideation & conceptualization


* Good in using excel / preparing of dashboards


* Stakeholder management

Education
