Radiation Therapist

Work Schedule:
80% FTE, day shift.

Hours may vary but typically Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM with occasional Saturday AM and on call weekend hours in rotation with team.

During orientation (approximately the first 12 weeks), hours will mainly be 7:30AM - 4:00PM.

This position may be eligible for a $4,000.00 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).

You will be working at Eastpark Medical Center in Madison, WI with potential to float as needed to University Hospital/Carbone Cancer Center.

We are seeking a Radiation Therapist to:


* Use the most up-to-date linear accelerators and CT simulation systems including: TrueBeams, Tomotherapy, Siemens CT, and our MRI-guided treatment machine ViewRay; as well as simulating patients in accordance with prescription and instruction of the radiation oncologist.

Qualifications



* Graduate of a School in Radiation Therapy Technology Required

Licenses & Certifications



* Certified as a Radiation Therapist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Upon Hire Required


* CPR certification Upon Hire Required
