Clinic Phlebotomist II

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm, One Saturday a month 8:00am to 12:00pm.

You will work at UW Health N.

Bell School Clinic 3505 N Bell School rd.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Overtime

Qualifications



* Successful completion of a phlebotomy course.

Required


* Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.

Work Experience



* 3 years Phlebotomy experience.

Required

Licenses & Certifications



* CPR certification.

Required


* Phlebotomy Technician certification (PBT) or Certified Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT).
