Compass Health is seeking a Clinical Program Assistant to support our Adult Intensive Teams located in Everett and Mount Vernon.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key administrative role by supporting clinical and medical staff while helping ensure that our clients receive compassionate, well-coordinated care.


* Triage phone calls and greet clients in a friendly, professional manner


* Prepare reports, track service data, and maintain records


* Schedule meetings, prepare intake materials, and assist with correspondence


* Provide front desk coverage and assist with de-escalation when needed


* Ensure compliance with HIPAA and agency standards


* Support all office programs with general clerical tasks

Must be able to work Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm

What You'll Bring


* High School Diploma or equivalent (AA or BA preferred)


* Experience in medical, mental health, or social services preferred

Skills & Strengths


* Strong clerical and administrative skills


* Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office


* Exceptional communication, multitasking, and problem-solving


* Ability to work respectfully and calmly in high-pressure situations


* Positive, solution-focused attitude


* Ability to pass a background check

Physical Demands / Work Environment
This position is based in a clinical office setting.

Occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs) and frequent sitting, walking, and computer use are required.
