What you'll achieve

As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for providing solutions to a variety of problems of certain scope and complexity while working with your supervisor and other professionals in immediate work group or department.

You will:


* Apply proven engineering methods and advanced tools to deliver high-quality hardware designs while driving efficiency improvements.


* Drive the design and development of hardware components, products, and systems, including new product introductions and enhancements to existing designs.


* Coordinate cross-functional design activities and align development timelines to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery of hardware solutions


* Monitor and adhere to cost targets established during the design phase.


* Analyze design challenges, anticipate technical risks, and develop innovative solutions to ensure robust hardware performance and alignment with product objectives


* Develop and define hardware build strategies and material specifications to support design integrity and achieve key engineering milestones.

Here's what we are looking for with this role:

Essential Requirements


* Requires 3+ years of related experience with extensive knowledge of EE, ME, Device design/development process.



* 1 to 2 years of project management experience is a plus



* Ability to process information and draw accurate conclusions by application of engineering concepts


* Ability to plan and executes work in the larger context of cross-functional teams and the end customers.


* Ability to drive for results, manage complex changing and deal with ambiguity.


* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely through oral and written to teams, ODM/Suppliers, and upper management - Fluent English skill.
