Position Summary

Waterman Canyon Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated nursing team.

This role is essential in providing high-quality, hands-on care to our residents while supporting a positive and collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding


* Measure and record vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff


* Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation support


* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident care environment


* Support resident comfort, dignity, and emotional well-being


* Follow all care plans, safety protocols, and infection control procedures

Qualifications


* Current California CNA certification in good standing


* Ability to work collaboratively with nursing and interdisciplinary teams


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused


* Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
