We are seeking a motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team on a PRN basis.

Position Summary

As a COTA, you will work under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic services that help residents improve daily living skills, strength, and independence.

Key Responsibilities


* Deliver occupational therapy treatments as outlined in care plans


* Assist residents with activities to improve ADLs, mobility, and coordination


* Monitor patient progress and report updates to the Occupational Therapist


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation


* Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications


* Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program


* Active, unencumbered COTA license in South Carolina


* Experience in a long-term care or rehab setting preferred


* Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
