We specialize in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence, and we have 2 large rehab gyms! What to expect:

Direct and provide social services to meet the facility residents' psychosocial needs.

Successful candidates:

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or related field - MSW preferred

2 years social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals preferred

Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility required!

Rate: $65,000-$70,000/year
