Sr Manager, Zone Risk Management

Mission:Lead risk management across the zone by identifying, monitoring, and mitigating key risks while ensuring robust incident, crisis, and business continuity frameworks.

Drive compliance and governance through audits, ISO/IMS standards, and stakeholder engagement, enabling informed decision-making and operational resilience.

What will you do:

Business Assurance Lead / Risk Champion


* Risk Identification and Assessment
+ Build framework to identify and monitor Key Risk Indicators
+ Ownership of Incident Management Framework


* Risk Response and Treatment
+ Ownership of Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plans
+ Run and support regular Crisis Management drills and internal audits


* Risk Monitoring & Responding
+ Risk Landscape monitoring
+ Ownership of local compliance committee and council for input in Board
+ Coordinate local representative network

IMS Management


* Set up and Management of IMS Framework for 5 core standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 27001)


* Internal Audit Coordination for core standards: create, implement and manage zone audit programme


* Zone SPoC for External Audit Coordination: provide audit coordination and support for zone SMEs


* Arrange, manage & conduct management reviews in line with ISO / IMS requirements
