Position Summary:
The Senior Manager, Medical Affairs Operations, is responsible for driving operational efficiency and excellence within the Medical Affairs department.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management skills, process improvement expertise including data analytics, and a solid understanding of medical affairs functions including budget planning and execution activities.
Performance Objectives:
* Execute process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Medical Affairs financial and budgetary operations.
* Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices as directed by senior leadership.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical, Finance, Commercial, Compliance, etc.) to support alignment and execution of tactical plans as budgeted in annual planning process.
* Manage and optimize medical affairs systems and tools, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
* Oversee project management activities to track alignment to budget and forecasting.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights and recommendations for enhancements.
