Product Delivery Associate- Operations

As a Product Delivery Associate in Service Product Group , you enable the release of products and features by overcoming obstacles.
As an emerging member of the team, you work across the organization and enable the product to continuously deliver value, while gaining skills and experience to grow within your role.
Job responsibilities
* Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies
* Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
* Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability
* Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines
* Lead end-to-end pilot delivery, including intake, planning, execution, evaluation, and scaling recommendations.
* Conduct impact assessments and translate findings into readiness and adoption plans.
* Execute and coordinate change requests for system enhancements, ensuring pilot readiness and adoption.
* Manage timelines, dependencies, blockers, and stakeholder alignment across functions.
* Drive change management activities, ensuring compliance with risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.
* Facilitate working sessions, provide project updates to senior leaders, and support performance reporting with actionable insights.
* Identify and influence process improvements and efficiencies using pilot learnings and feedback
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
* Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
* Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams
* Proven experience in process management, impact assessments, and managing change requests.
* Strong analytical skills to assess user impacts and recommend process improvements.
* Excellent communication skills, engaging across business levels and with senior leaders.
* Ability to prioritize and solve problems for diverse, concurrent change requests.
* Strong collaboration skills, working with resources while maintaining clear direction.
* Understanding of product lifecycle and business readiness with practical delivery focus.
