CNA Responsibilities


* Deliver compassionate, personalized care while observing and reporting residents' conditions and needs


* Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests in a courteous and professional manner


* Assist nursing staff with admissions, transfers, and discharges


* Support residents during meal service to promote nutrition and comfort


* Communicate important updates and observations to the clinical team to help ensure resident safety and quality care


* Assist residents with activities of daily living according to individualized care plans
