* Schedule: Full-Time


* Compensation: Starting at $59-$60/hour DOE

Key Responsibilities


* Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans


* Help residents improve independence with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)


* Supervise and support Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)


* Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident care


* Participate in Patient Care Conferences and Utilization Review meetings


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state regulations


* Provide caregiver and family education for safe discharge planning


* Communicate with physicians regarding treatment updates and care recommendations

Qualifications


* Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
