What You'll Do


* Lead and grow a dynamic Activities team - hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating assistants


* Design and deliver a well-rounded therapeutic activities program across all shifts, including evenings and weekends


* Facilitate monthly Resident Council meetings and champion resident voice


* Manage the facility volunteer program from recruitment through recognition


* Partner with clinical and marketing teams to support community engagement and census growth


* Complete assessments, care plans, and documentation in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines


* Celebrate holidays, milestone events, and daily wins in meaningful ways

What You Bring
One of the following:


* Associate's degree from an accredited college or university


* Two years of college coursework


* Two years of experience in long-term care activities or memory care

Plus:


* Genuine passion for working with the senior population


* Knowledge of the domains of wellness as they relate to LTC programming


* High energy, strong organization, and creative thinking


* Compassion, accountability, and a team-first attitude
