As the Analyst, Talent Acquisition Program and Compliance, you will be supporting a large recruiting team by providing a variety of important administrative tasks.

What you'll do on a typical day:


* Adjudication of background screening


* Audit staffing agencies background check process


* Mange data collection related to annual demographics and reporting needs


* Provide support to various compliance projects related to background screenings and I9's


* Coordinate events and manage projects for the team

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:


* 3-5 years of experience in human resources, legal professional or related area


* Proficiency with Microsoft Office


* Ability to work in fast-paced environment and prioritize workload to meet deadlines

It'd be great if you also have:


* Associate degree or equivalent related work or military experience



* Understanding of DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations, including pre-employment testing procedures and requirements


* Positive, can-do attitude; willingness to contribute ideas and expertise


* Proven ability to be deadline-oriented and results-driven


* Ability to work independently and in a team environment


* Solid research and problem solving-skills


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills


* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
