As a Credit and Lending Servicing Associate within the U.S.
Private Bank, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and growing client relationships, with a specific focus on Credit and Lending Solutions for Financial Institution clients.
You will serve as the primary contact for all credit-related needs, including credit processing, escalations, and guidance on credit products.
This role requires working in a dynamic, team-focused environment alongside advisors, product partners, and operations teams to ensure a seamless approach to Credit/Lending and Private Banking products.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional client service and flawless execution on credit-related requests, inquiries, and transactions, including escalated research and issue resolution
* Oversee the end-to-end credit processing workflow, ensuring timely and accurate execution of credit transactions.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex credit issues, proactively resolving challenges to maintain a seamless client experience
* Serve as a subject matter expert on Private Banking credit products and solutions.
Provide guidance to clients and internal partners on credit structures, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance and optimal outcomes
* Lead and participate in training initiatives to enhance credit knowledge across the Financial Institutions Client Service teams.
Mentor colleagues on best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in credit and lending
* Champion the adoption and integration of digital tools and automation strategies to streamline credit processes.
Collaborate with technology and product teams to enhance platform capabilities, drive efficiency, and deliver innovative digital solutions
* Adhere to and maintain the firm's controls, policies, procedures, and FINRA regulations, protecting client assets against potential fraud
* Collaborate with client-facing teams and internal business groups to deliver and execute client credit transactions
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and work under pressure with tight deadlines
* Strong leadership and management skills; ability to lead change efforts and articulate strategy
* Deep understanding of regulations, policies, and procedures related to credit products and services
