Continuous Improvement / Industrial Manufacturing Engineering
Mission
Drive operational excellence by improving productivity, cost, and service levels across manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with business performance targets and continuous improvement strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives across operations (manufacturing and/or supply chain).
* Analyze operational performance using data-driven approaches to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
* Expert specialized in several areas of knowledge regarding production / manufacturing processes in an entity (SPS : process design, ergonomics, capacity, simulation tools, investment, cost analysis, performance etc...)
Main Activities
* Lead and execute continuous improvement projects using Lean / Six sigma methodologies
* Analyze operational data (productivity, cycle time, capacity, service level) to identify improvement opportunities
* Implement process improvements in manual and automated operations, including workflow, layout, and material flow optimization
* Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and follow up on action plans
* Optimize lead times and improve overall operational flow efficiency
* Facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the shop floor
* Ensure the deployment of SPS/TPM principles and implements Lean/6 Sigma tools
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Conversational English (intermediate level) is required
• Proactive and results-driven
• Lean / Six Sigma certification (Desired)
Key Systems
• MS Office- Excel (Pivot tables, macros, data management/analysis)
• ERP system (SAP desired)
• Tableau (desired)
