Social Content Creator - Card and Connected Commerce Content

Help bring Chase card benefits to life through social-first storytelling that inspires customers to travel, shop, and dine.

You will join a highly collaborative creative team building content that is timely, customer-centric, and trend-aware.

As a Social Content Creator in Card and Connected Commerce Content, you create original, social-first content that helps customers understand and use Chase card lifestyle benefits.

You collaborate with producers and creative partners to deliver high-volume video and graphic assets, both on-camera and behind the camera.

You use platform trends and performance insights to evolve creative style and improve engagement over time.

Job Responsibilities


* Create social-first video and graphic assets for Instagram and TikTok.


* Partner with cross-functional teams to translate benefit information into engaging social content.


* Build and maintain weekly publishing calendars and meet output goals.


* Write scripts and voiceovers that align with brand voice, tone, and guidelines.


* Capture video and photo content in a studio setting and at events as needed.


* Collaborate with Marketing, Talent, Editorial, and Events partners on benefit-focused campaigns and moments.


* Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.


* Apply basic performance signals to optimize content and improve engagement.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills


* 3+ years of professional experience in content creation, social media, or brand marketing.


* Experience creating for Instagram and TikTok, including platform-native formats and trends.


* Strong writing skills, including copy and voiceover scripts aligned to brand guidelines.


* Comfortable working both on-camera and behind the camera.


* Ability to capture high-quality photos and videos using a smartphone.


* Experience using common video and graphic editing tools (for example, CapCut, Instagram editing tools, Adobe Premiere).


* Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.


* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


* Attention to detail and commitment to producing consistent, high-quality output.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills


* Familiarity with credit card benefits and the travel and lifestyle landscape.


* Experience with social content planning and calendar management.


* Experience with design tools such as Canva.
