Pay: Starting at $40/hour + aggressive bonus structure
Overview

We are seeking a motivated, experienced Admissions Coordinator/Manager to lead our admissions process and support facility growth.

This role is essential in creating a smooth, welcoming experience for residents and families while building strong referral relationships and driving census growth.

Key Responsibilities


* Manage the full admissions process from initial inquiry through admission


* Evaluate prospective residents for clinical and financial eligibility


* Collaborate with nursing, case management, and leadership to ensure appropriate admissions


* Track real-time bed availability and coordinate room assignments


* Verify insurance benefits and complete all required documentation


* Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, families, and referral partners


* Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, and discharge planners


* Participate in outreach, marketing events, and community engagement


* Drive census growth through strong follow-up and service


* Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory requirements


* Maintain accurate records and participate in daily team meetings

Qualifications

Required:


* High school diploma or GED


* Strong communication and organizational skills


* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred:


* Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field


* 2+ years of admissions experience in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting


* LVN or RN license
