Job Description:

Are you a visionary networking leader ready to shape the future of enterprise infrastructure? We are seeking a Sr Director of Global Networking, where you will own the global network strategy, driving innovative zero-trust security, data center, and campus networks that power HPE's worldwide operations.

You'll collaborate closely with cutting-edge R&D teams, influence product development, and lead a high-performing team to build a resilient, secure, and scalable network foundation.

Experience and Skills:


* 10+ years of leadership in large-scale network infrastructure, with deep expertise in data center fabric, spine-leaf architectures, and campus networking.


* Proven experience in network security, zero-trust models, micro-segmentation, and secure remote access.


* Strong background in automation, infrastructure as code, and observability tools.


* Ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps for complex, multi-region networks.
