Job Summary
Assist and support all aspects of initiatives related to Human Resources Technology updates and/or implementations including design, analysis, testing, reporting and training.
Work with leadership to ensure technology is used to drive efficiency, improve service, and provide a desired user experience.
Manage the day-today Human Resources Information System (HRIS) functions including: HRIS administration, reporting, data validation, documentation and system testing.
Maintain HR data structures to ensure data integrity, compliance, reliability, efficiency and confidentiality.
Create queries and reports using system reporting tools.
Analyze data and provide feedback on trends and outcomes.
Assist in the development and production of standard and custom reports for ongoing customer needs.
Document report life cycle processes.
Analyze, design, develop, test and deliver all requested HR metrics.
Analyze current HR system-wide tools and processes and provide recommendations for automation.
Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
Provide training and development to users as requested.
Provide information to support audit requests.

Minimum Qualifications
• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
• Four (4) years of human resources information systems (HRIS), HR technology, or directly related experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Work experience in the implementation of major upgrade of ERP system and system administration is preferred.
• Intermediate to Advanced user of Microsoft Excel with the ability to create basic formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLookups is preferred.
• Experience working with Taleo or other ATS systems is preferred.
