Content & Creative Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated Content & Creative Strategist with a preference for candidates based in Foxboro, MA; Raleigh, NC or Nashville, TN will be considered as secondary locations.

This role is perfect for someone who needs to feed both a creative and operational brain, a person who likes to oversee the full lifecycle of creation and execution and whose storytelling skills are top notch.

As the Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the content strategy for activations and marketing campaigns.

You will develop and drive forward the creation and management of high-quality content that resonates with our audience across various platforms, including events, websites, blogs, and social media.

This position requires a blend of creativity and operational expertise, making it ideal for someone who thrives in overseeing the full lifecycle of content creation, promotional strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of content for a variety of segments.



* Develop innovative, fresh and diverse strategies across the customer journey



* Manage the development of programs of work for campaigns (print and digital), events (3rd party, proprietary, etc), social media, web, etc.



* Oversee all aspects of content creation and ensure it aligns with brand strategy and guidelines



* Ensure feedback loop of campaign and content progress and success.

Refines strategies and drives continuous improvement.



* Leverage AI tools in workflows to enhance content ideation and production efficiency a



* Manage internal and external creative partners and vendors-from briefing and onboarding through delivery and quality control-to ensure work is on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.



* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Directors, to ensure content aligns with marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.



* 5+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or campaign strategy.



* Demonstrated ability to drive creative execution, explore diverse approaches, and identify the most effective strategies for brand impact.



* Comfortable challenging the status quo and pushing the organization to embrace new, innovative approaches to content.



* Experience with content creation workflows for both internal and external agencies



* Proficiency in content creation and workflows.



* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.



* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $101,600 - $152,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
