The Role: Channel Marketing Senior Specialist, Malaysia
Lead the development and execution of channel marketing strategies to accelerate partner-led growth, pipeline generation, and market penetration across Malaysia, in alignment with Schneider Electric's strategic segments.
Act as a strategic business partner to Sales and Channels, ensuring marketing investments drive measurable commercial outcomes while upholding commercial governance and brand standards.
What will you do?
Market & Channel Strategy
* Develop and execute the go-to-market startegies and channel strategies to accelerate revenue growth, pipeline generation and market penetration
* Create, adapt and execute the annual channel growth plan / business plan for the main channels by understand the channel and market, define the channel relationships and deploy actions plan to boost the business thru the channel in accordance to the strategic guidelines and commercial policies.
* Identify and classify customer portfolio accordingly and develop up-sell and retention strategies for channel partners to improve loyalty, drive retention and profit growth
Partner Ecosystem Development
* Build strong relationships with strategic partners and distributors to drive joint growth
* Design and implement co-marketing programs, partner campaigns and joint value propositions
* Enhance partner journey and experience through structured programs
* Drive partner tiering, activation and engagement strategies to increase partner loyalty
Demand Generation, Commercial Programs & Governance
* Develop and optimize channel programs (rebates, MDF, incentives) to drive partner performance
* Define best practices and ensure alignment with commercial policies and Platinum Rules
* Define and execute ROI-driven marketing programs and campaigns to support Sales objectives
* Identify and propose complementary or new offers to increase cross-selling of other business units' products and solutions considering both pull and push marketing approach
* Establish clear tracking of fund utilization, partner ROI and business impact
