Outside Services Sales Engineer- Northern Greece

Schneider Electric Greece is looking for highly motivated and customer centric talent to join our Services Department.

As a Services Sales Engineer, the job holder will be directly reporting to Services Director.

His / her main role is to develop new services sales and maximize existing installed base services sales through targeted actions with customers assigned.

Key Responsibilities


* Offer preparation and follow-up



* Sales forecast & reporting on specific KPIs



* Direct Sales and follow-up on client list



* Follow up of existing installed base



* Offer preparation from lead generation from technicians and communicate to customers.



* Understanding and promoting of the services offer (digital offer, cloud platforms, electrical distribution, Medium and Low voltage, automation systems, energy monitoring solutions, maintenance contracts)



* Regular digital communication and calls to customers to identify further needs



* Understanding pricing offer list and discount ranges, handling requests for special prices



* Retain existing customers and expand collaboration using digital services offers



* Close collaboration with other sales teams, finance department, product managers, etc.

Candidate Profile


* Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from a University or a Technological Institution



* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar sales position preferably in a multinational environment



* Adequate technical expertise in electrical distribution and Digital and cloud services.



* Good knowledge of English language.



* Strong negotiation & communication skills



* Customer focused, ability to adapt to different client profiles



* Team player, ability to interact with colleagues at all levels



* Achievement drive and results orientation



* Global mindset willing to adapt in a multi-cultural environment



* Self-driven, able to work autonomously and take initiative



* Proficient oral and written command of the English language



* Advanced PC Skills
