Supervising Office Assistant II - MHSA Main Street Clinic

The County of Riverside has an opening for a Supervising Office Assistant II to support the RUHS - MHSA Main Street Clinic.
This position provides leadership to a team of nine staff and oversees daily front office and intake operations to ensure accurate patient registration, efficient workflow, and adherence to established procedures.
Key duties include managing back-office audits, maintaining office workflows and standard operating procedures, coordinating supply and facility needs, and processing psychiatric, clinician, and discharge intakes.
Additional responsibilities include conducting performance evaluations, supporting disciplinary actions in coordination with Human Resources, leading staff meetings, and delegating tasks based on operational priorities.
The role also serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, safeguards confidential information, and supports clinic management with data tracking, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives.
Bilingual candidates required.
English/Spanish level II.

• Studies existing clerical policies and procedures and makes recommendations for organization or procedural changes to develop a more efficient organization, directs and coordinates through subordinate supervisors, procedural modifications resulting from policy changes or changes in state, county or federal laws relating to the work.
