What You'll Do

As our Physical Therapist, you will:


* Evaluate residents and develop individualized therapy treatment plans


* Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and independence


* Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams


* Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs), aides, and students


* Participate in care conferences, rehab meetings, and quality improvement initiatives


* Educate residents and families on exercises, safety techniques, and fall prevention


* Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulations


* Assist with restorative nursing programs and staff training


* Recommend adaptive equipment and mobility aids to improve resident independence

Qualifications


* Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of California


* Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy


* Current license in good standing


* New Grads encourage to apply!


* CPR Certification (if required by licensure)


* Skilled in communication, teamwork, and resident-centered care


* Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred
