As an AI Product Manager in the Consumer and Community Bank, you will lead the strategy and delivery of AI-driven products that automate and improve key operational workflows.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable roadmaps and shipped capabilities.

Job responsibilities


* Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers


* Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap


* Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition


* Builds frameworks and tracks key success metrics such as cost, functionality, risk posture, and reliability


* Identifies high-impact use cases where AI and agentic services improve key performance indicators


* Owns product strategy, roadmap, and product requirements documents to enable platform capabilities


* Leads cross-functional product teams (engineering, design, analytics, business) through delivery and launch decisions


* Develops and executes product roadmaps including technical requirements, resource estimates, and timelines


* Communicates and drives alignment with senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and unblock decisions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area


* Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics


* Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, and value management


* Significant experience delivering AI products end-to-end in complex organizations


* Ability to ship AI-enabled products and lead large, matrixed programs from ideation through launch


* Experience writing product documentation and leading technology teams through execution


* Familiarity with AI model architectures, including Large Language Models, prompting, context engineering, fine-tuning, and retrieval augmented generation


* Knowledge of model context protocols and agentic frameworks


* Strong stakeholder management, structured thinking, and ability to connect product outcomes to business value
