Roseville Care Center is looking for an energetic, compassionate, and engaging Activity Assistant to help create meaningful experiences for our residents.

We are searching for someone with a positive attitude who can truly engage with our residents and help make every day special.
What You'll Do


* Lead and assist with fun group and one-on-one activities


* Build meaningful relationships with residents


* Encourage participation in games, crafts, music, exercise, and social events


* Help organize resident outings and special events


* Assist with monthly activity calendars and attendance tracking


* Support residents' emotional, mental, and social well-being


* Create a warm, welcoming, and positive environment

What We're Looking For


* Friendly, outgoing, and compassionate personality


* Someone who enjoys working with seniors and making connections


* Creative, dependable, and team-oriented


* Strong communication and organizational skills


* Ability to motivate and encourage resident participation


* High school diploma or equivalent required


* Long-term care or senior care experience preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements

This role requires frequent standing, walking, pushing/pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Candidates should be comfortable being active throughout the day.
