Business Finance Analyst (Costing)

What will you do?

Financial Reporting & Analysis


* Prepare basic reports related to sales, costs, and gross profit



* Support weekly and monthly financial reporting with simple analysis



* Help ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports

Budgeting & Forecasting Support


* Assist in preparing and tracking budgets and forecasts



* Support finance team in monitoring performance vs.

plan

Product Costing & Monitoring


* Help maintain and update product costs in the system



* Support monthly closing activities and review costing results



* Assist in monitoring material price changes and variances

Process & Team Support


* Work closely with other finance teams on reporting and reconciliations



* Support improvements in tools, reports, and processes



* Help document and follow standard finance processes

Who would be successful?


* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related field



* 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analysis (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome to apply)



* Basic understanding of costing or accounting concepts



* Comfortable using MS Excel (formulas, basic analysis)



* Good communication skills in English



* Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and a team player



* Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) or Power BI/Tableau is a plus, but not required
