Mechanical Engineer

Role: Mechanical Engineer - Modernization (Consulting Services)
Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in electrical industry and mechanical design engineering

Role Summary:
The engineer will be responsible for mechanical design and modernization of power distribution products, with a strong focus on metal-clad enclosures.

The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers, ownership of design activities using Creo/PDM, and management of project delivery aligned to production and installation schedules.

Key Skills & Experience Required:


* Manufacturing or Product Design/Development experience


* Experience with Power Distribution Products


* Strong exposure to design of metal-clad enclosures


* Hands-on experience using 3D CAD tools (Creo) and PDM


* Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment


* Strong problem-solving skills within project scope


* Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)


* Customer-oriented attitude with ability to understand and respond to client needs


* Experience managing overall project delivery, including coordination with production and installation schedules
