* Drive continuous improvement initiatives for tooling and manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality


* Collaborate with product design teams to develop technical specifications that maximize equipment utilization and manufacturing techniques


* Conduct comprehensive testing throughout production stages to maintain process control and resolve manufacturing challenges
