Supervising Office Assistant I/II - Behavioral Health

The Riverside County Department of Behavioral Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional for the Supervising Office Assistant I/II position, responsible for overseeing office operations and administrative support across multiple program sites.
This role supervises and trains clerical staff, monitors workload and productivity, and ensures efficient and consistent workflows.
The Supervising Office Assistant I/II helps improve office procedures, resolves staff and operational issues, and supports onboarding, coaching, and development.
Additionally, the Supervising Office Assistant I/II will coordinate administrative needs with program supervisors and maintain accurate records, supplies, and reports.
The department highly desires candidates with experience using electronic and data management systems such as ELMR and EPIC (electronic health records), HMIS/Bit focus Clarity (Homeless Management Information System), and ServiceNow (IT service ticketing platform).
Annual Salary Range:
Supervising Office Assistant I : $48,473 - $62,864
Supervising Office Assistant II : $50,717 - $67,968
9/80 Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Payday-week Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
