What We're Looking For:

Michael Baker International is seeking an experienced Bridge Inspection Operations Manager in Charlotte, NC.

What You'll Do:


* Lead logistical planning and execution of monthly bridge inspection assignments from NCDOT


* Review monthly assignments and determine operational needs to meet contract obligations and our standards of quality


* Coordinate with NCDOT for equipment access requirements


* Coordinate with vendors for access, traffic control, safety boats, etc.


* Schedule field work for our NC inspection teams


* Track inspection and reporting progress


* Ensure conformance with project quality standards by providing QC reviews


* Process vendor purchase orders and invoices


* Assist with client invoicing


* Work will include occasional travel to support field inspection efforts, expected to be limited to one week per month

What You'll Need to Succeed: 


* What You Need to Succeed:


* NBIS Team Leader


* Minimum of 5 years' experience in bridge inspection


* Minimum of 3 years' experience with NCDOT Wigins Software


* Strong organization and planning skills


* Strong communication skills


* Professional Engineer or EIT strongly preferred

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $93,000 - $147,000 per year.

This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.

Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
