* High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.


* Minimum of two years of consistent post high school work experience; or 6 months manufacturing experience.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications


* 1 years of lab experience in a manufacturing environment preferred


* Strong verbal and written communication skills


* Excellent analytical skills


* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite


* Ability to work in a self-directed or team environment


* Strong organizational skills


* Must have a desire to learn and collaborative in a manufacturing environment

This off shift (2 nd or 3 rd ) position will be located in our Research and Development Operation.

Key responsibilities will include:


* Mechanical Testing Sample preparation (sectioning)


* Specimen heat treatment


* Performing tensile, stress, creep and hardness testing


* Other duties, as assigned
