Opportunity for Impact
We are seeking a motivated and forward‑thinking AI Implementation Intern to support the application of artificial intelligence across our business and operations processes.
This on‑site role in our Maple Grove office provides hands‑on exposure to how AI is evaluated, implemented, and scaled within an electronics manufacturing services (EMS) environment.
The intern will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Quality, and Finance teams to help identify and support AI‑enabled solutions that improve efficiency, decision‑making, compliance, and overall business performance.
What You’ll Gain

Responsibilities:
* Support the identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI use cases across business and operational functions, including:
* Marketing and Sales
* Operations and Supply Chain
* Quality and Compliance
* Finance and Business Analytics
* Administrative and support processes
Work on‑site in the Maple Grove office with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI‑driven improvement
Assist with AI‑enabled initiatives such as:
* Process automation and workflow optimization
* Data analysis, reporting, and performance dashboards
* Content and document generation for internal and external use
* Operational, quality, financial, customer, or supplier insights
