Production Planner Assistant

Be part of our dynamic manufacturing team where you'll drive excellence in production processes! We're looking for a Production Planner Assistant who is passionate about operational efficiency and continuous improvement to join our innovative manufacturing environment.

What will you do:



* Lead and coordinate manufacturing processes through effective team collaboration and resource optimization


* Execute and deliver standardized work training to ensure operational excellence and quality standards


* Manage short interval processes at line level while identifying and escalating improvement opportunities


* Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization and problem-solving


* Monitor production schedules and implement necessary adjustments to maintain workflow efficiency


* Assembly and Wiring of products on the plant floor (25% of the role)


* Create Purchase Orders using Coupa

* Strong technical knowledge in manufacturing processes and production methods


* Problem-solving mindset with experience in process improvement


* Excellent communication skills and ability to train others


* Strong organizational and time management capabilities

Key Skills:


* SAP experience (Materials modules).


* Inventory Control & Material Handling


* Component Identification & Quality Checking


* Root Cause Problem Solving


* Lean Manufacturing, 5S & Visual Controls


* Inventory management, Cycle Counting and Kitting


* Ensuring accurate material flow and providing updates within the ERP system


* Experience with Coupa ideal
