International Claimant Appointment Packet Specialist (Centennial, CO) - Veterans Evaluation Services

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Send Claimant Appointment Packets via e- mail, FedEx, or USPS express mail; - Respond to veteran/service member communication resulting from CAPS when appropriate; - Inform the team and/or manager when veteran/service member communication requires their attention; and - Document and maintain detailed notes of communication and CAPS information in OMS.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities: - Follow established guidelines on how documents are to be sent to veterans/service members; - Monitor the international pending CAP list in OMS to endure compliance is met for notification of exams; and - Other duties assigned.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: - Self- Motivated; - Self- Directed; - Strong ability for strategical thinking and planning; - High sense of urgency; - Strong ability to get results; - Advanced time management skills and detail- oriented; with strong ability to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision; - Advanced customer service and sales skills; - Advanced verbal and written communication skills, to include excellent grammar; - Advanced reading and comprehension abilities; - Advanced multi- tasking skills; - Advanced organizational and prioritization skills, - Proficient with Google Maps; and - Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, general internet research, and beginner knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

- This position is located on-site at 6281 S Racine Cir, Ste 400, Centennial, CO 80111 .

This is not a remote or hybrid opportunity.

Ability to work at this location is required.
- Must be willing and able to work a schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM
- Must be willing and able to work a training schedule of Monday-Friday, 7:00AM -3:30PM

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
