Analista Sr Fixtures

Job Description

Responsible for ensuring the timely arrival of supplies, fixtures, and signage at stores, in strict accordance with project requirements.

Monitor and manage suppliers to ensure compliance with AutoZone standards through consistent on-time deliveries.

Provide solutions and support to the Set-Up team, prioritizing urgent needs for supplies, fixtures, and signage while optimizing delivery routes to minimize demurrage and detention costs.

Request and evaluate quotes from various transportation providers to select the best cost-benefit option.

Start the payment process for the transportation and logistic services used, receiving vendor invoices, cross checking them with the TMS shipments report, as well as all other supports and evidence, and creating the voucher, ensuring all loads were correctly delivered according to plan and with the approved rate.

Responsibilities

Planning and Delivery Assurance


* Plan the delivery of fixtures, supplies, and signage according to project schedules and based on distances between supplier and store, supplier and distribution center, and/or external warehouses.

Confirm quotations and ensure supplier payments are completed.


* Evaluate the specific requirements and logistics for deliveries to new store openings, grand openings, remodels, and existing location.


* Generate shipment orders for fixtures and signage for new and remodeled stores.


* Maintain disciplined communication with all fixture suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries for each project.

Logistics and Shipment Coordination

Interdepartmental Collaboration


* Coordinate with other departments the arrival times of supplies, fixtures, and signage to stores, distribution centers, and/or external warehouses.

Cost Analysis and Reporting


* Review, upload, and report costs for shipments of supplies, fixtures, and signage across the chain, ensuring AutoZone receives the best cost and lead-time performance.

Validate quotations, perform statement reconciliations, and manage supplier payment scheduling

Qualifications



* A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.


* Business Administration, Accounting, International Relations, or International Business


* 2 to 3 years of experience


* Experience in inventory management and purchasing


* Experience in logistics
