When you join our team as an Age Group Lead you will:
• Plan and implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
Mentor and ensure age group teachers feel confident in implementing curriculum consistently.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn and model this behavior for all classroom teachers within your age group
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
Encourage age group teachers to develop similar connections with parents.
• Support your center's success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement and serve as a leader in your age group to help classroom teachers support this success as well.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
• Engage and participate in continuous professional development and growth opportunities
