Human Resources Generalist II
The Human Resources Generalist II plays a key role in shaping an engaging, inclusive, and high‑performance culture across our Fort Worth sites.
Acting as a trusted partner to leaders and employees, this role champions critical HR initiatives that drive employee development, organizational effectiveness, and overall workplace satisfaction.
You will be instrumental in bringing to life our people value: "A place where people want to work and choose to stay."
This onsite role serves as the "face of HR" for two facilities in the Fort Worth area and provides direct support to a Division.
You will provide hands-on support to employees and managers, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements, and lead the implementation of HR programs—from recruiting support and employee relations to training and engagement activities.

Recruiting Support
Partner closely with site leadership to understand hiring needs and deliver against workforce plans.
Draft and refine job descriptions, translating them into compelling job postings.
Serve as a collaborative liaison with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth end-to-end hiring process.
Oversee new hire onboarding, including pre-boarding activities and leading biweekly new hire orientation sessions.
Employee Relations
Build trusted relationships with leaders to promote a positive, productive work environment.
Coordinate activities that strengthen employee engagement, connection, and morale.
Conduct exit interviews, identify trends, and recommend actions that enhance retention.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance and team dynamics.
Lead thorough, timely employee investigations as needed.
Employee Development
Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to enhance onboarding and new‑hire experiences.
Develop and deliver approved training programs.
Support HR Business Partners in calibration and succession planning processes.
Help leaders and employees define career pathways and identify growth opportunities.
Payroll and Benefits Support
Respond to employee questions regarding payroll and benefits, engaging internal experts when needed.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Support benefits enrollment at hire and during open enrollment.
Conduct routine data audits (e.g., 401(k), Dayforce), as required, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Additional Areas of Impact
Build strong relationships across the site to proactively identify opportunities that enhance satisfaction, engagement, and empowerment.
Manage unemployment insurance processes, including responding to claims, coordinating documentation, and preparing for and supporting unemployment hearings.
Support engagement initiatives and serve as an active member of the site Activities Committee.
