Clinical Operations Assistant - Pediatric Specialty clinics

Work Schedule:
100%, day shift working Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

You will work at Science Dr Medical Center, Deming Way Clinic, University Hospital, and East Terrace Dr Medical Center in Madison, WI.

This is a hybrid position working one day per week on-site after the training period.

Training will be fully on-site for one month.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:


* Support clinical operations in the Pediatric Specialty Clinics.


* Act as a resource, respond to questions and provide support to department staff as it relates to payroll, time-off, policies, procedures, education and scheduling.


* Coordinate administrative aspects of the team with reports, policies, procedures, manuals, and administrative tools.


* Purchase supplies, materials, services or equipment.

Provide leadership support with management of calendars, maintenance of agendas, and take meeting minutes.


* Develop, maintain, and support administrative and clinical templates, tools, and tracking documents and clinical staff scheduling.

Qualifications


* High School Diploma or equivalent Required


* Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field Preferred

Work Experience


* 1 year of experience in an administrative support role Required


* 3 years of experience in an administrative support function Preferred


* Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
