Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients.
Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain).
Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.
The API Analyst supports the full lifecycle of customer-facing APIs, ensuring reliable operations, smooth onboarding of API users, and rapid resolution of technical issues.
This role acts as a bridge between technical teams (APIGEE, Engineering, Architecture) and business/API Champions, providing both functional and technical support.
The API Analyst is responsible for credential management, troubleshooting, integration testing, documentation review, and customer assistance, ensuring a positive experience for internal and external API consumers.
Key Responsibilities:

API Troubleshooting & Support
2.
Credential testing (creation and testing of POSTMAN collection)
3.
API Testing & Validation
Execute and document integration tests, regression tests, and environment validations (Pre-Prod, Non-Prod).
Identify and escalate inconsistencies between environments (e.g., MYSE vs APIGEE data flows).
Validate performance and reliability.

Customer & API Champion Support
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for API Champions, and customer technical teams on:
* onboarding
* testing
* interpreting errors
* understanding API behavior
* environment or platform issues
5.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
* Maintain support guides, troubleshooting playbooks, and test cases.
* Document lessons learned, known issues, and best practices.
* Contribute to functional analysis and small enhancements when needed.
6.
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
* Track recurring issues and propose improvements to API design, implementation, testing flows, or governance.
* Support performance analysis (e.g., Distributor Quote CF API use cases).
