Segment Business Development

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $168,800 - $253,200 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

About the Role:

The Segment Business Development Manager accelerates growth within one of Schneider Electric's strategic global industry segments.

This individual contributor will define segment strategy, identify new business opportunities, and position Secure Power and digital energy solutions within the broader Schneider Electric portfolio.

In this role, you will:


* Drive segment strategy and market growth across all regions


* Engage customers, develop relationships, and build pipeline


* Shape and position segment-specific solutions aligned to customer needs


* Act as a subject matter expert and represent Schneider Electric externally


* Collaborate cross-functionally within Secure Power and across other business units to enable solution adoption

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field


* 7+ years of experience in business development, segment management, or sales


* Knowledge of power systems, digital infrastructure, and edge solutions


* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills


* Ability to influence and operate effectively within a global matrix organization

Preferred Qualifications:


* Experience with integrated power architectures and mission-critical environments


* Familiarity with sustainability and decarbonization trends impacting global industries
